Andrews, who shot his 6-under-par nine-hole score in a high school match at Pinehaven, spent a year at Methodist College, then transferred to the Golf Academy of Myrtle Beach (S.C.), then moved on to Orlando.He took a year off to try the Hooters Tour, a mini pro tour in the southeast.Now he has the training to start a career in the $76 billion-a-year golf industry."It's a business degree, but it has an emphasis on golf, being a golf professional," he said. "Just giving the knowledge of the industry was beneficial to me, whether it was job interviews or going to the PGA Merchandise Show, buying the right kind of merchandise.
